We are happy to offer you a racquet demo rental program. Please go to our store to see all available demo racquets, which include top of the line tennis, pickleball, squash, and badminton racquets from major brands. We change grips and strings regularly for our demo racquets. Our goal is to ensure that you have the best possible experience when trying a new racquet. We charge Demo Service Fee to cover the cost of maintaining the quality of our demos. Before you rent any demo racquets, you must read our rental agreement and agree to the terms conditions within. 

• Customers must sign and agree to the demo program before each demo period 

• Each customer may demo up to 3 racquets at a time. 

• Demos cannot be put on hold; they are made available on a first come first serve basis. 

• Demo fee: $10 per day & per racquet, demo fees are charged upon returning racquets 

• The demo fee up to $60 is credited back in the way of a discount if you end up buying a new racquet from Racquets Pro Shop within 30 days from first demo date. 

• The demo period is for a total of 7 days. Racquets not returned within 7 days will be subject to an additional $10 late fee per day & per racquet until the full cost of strung racquets is reached. 

• Upon racquets being returned to Racquets Pro Shop, the demo fee and any late fees accrued must be paid before taking out other demos or making other purchases. 

• Racquets must be returned in the same condition they were loaned 

• If the racquet is not returned to us, or is returned to us broken due to misuse, the full cost of the strung racquet will be captured. This charge is non-refundable. 

• If you break a string while you have a demo, please do not re-string it. Customers will not be charged for broken strings that occur during the demo period. 

• Racquets Pro Shop reserves the right to refuse our demo service at any time 

• Each customer must provide a credit card information and authorize the Racquets Pro Shop to charge the credit card for fees accrued due to late return, damages and/or non-return. 

• Your personal data and credit card information collected in the demo rental agreement will be kept in secure for the rental period, and are only for racquet demo rental purpose. The Racquets Pro Shop will not release the data to any third parties, and will not keep your information after all rental racquets being returned.  

• The rental agreement document will return to you after the fees accrued is fully captured.
